During October's full moon in Exmouth, optimal conditions, including prawn spawn, high water flow with substantial tides, and warming waters, converge to form an ideal period for Manta Rays. The accumulation of plankton and significant water flows generates tide lines, where Mantas find a plentiful supply of their valuable food source, resulting in these favorable conditions. In this piece, observe a plankton bloom forming intricate patterns on the surface, with floating weed, while a Manta effortlessly glides beneath.

In this photograph, I tried to capture the iconic Vlamingh Head Lighthouse at sunset. "Lighthouse Silhouette" unveils a breathtaking scene that many tourists spend their evenings watching as the sun goes down overlooking Ningaloo and spotting some wildlife as it swims past. The sinking sun gracefully silhouettes Australia’s last operable Kersosene burning lighthouse from behind. Out on the Exmouth Gulf, on a glassy afternoon, out with the family and I spot some whales “logging off in the distance. I keep an eye on them and they do not move. I eventually decide to try and capture some images of these slumbeing giants and manage to get a whole series, with this close study of the sleeping whale's tail as the significant object of focus. Each detail is meticulously captured, revealing the texture and form of this gentle giant's tail, which is partially submerged in the pristine waters.
